3. Minutes of Meeting Held on 5th May 2009:
These had been circulated and were taken as read and signed by the Chairman.
4. Matters Arising:-
(a) Audit 2008/9 had been completed and approved. It was agreed to pay T Emmony £10 for the internal audit,
(b) Bus shelter had been repaired
(c) Proprietors of 'Andalusion Stud' had been contacted by HDC to apply for planning for their caravan dwelling,
(d) HDC said it was not possible, at this stage, to even consider purchase of any land at Manor Farm
5. Grass Cutting:- Complaints were made because grass had not been cut at South
end of St Peter's Road. Clerk to write to 'Highways'.
6. Open Entrance to Field at rear of Southview:- Residents had fears of Travellers
moving in after the harvest. The Chairman said the tenant farmer had agreed with him
to install gates.
7. Commemorative Blue Plaques:-
It was agreed that the Chairman should research the tradition and procedure of commemorating The Famous e.g. in Arnesby, Robert Hall of the Baptist church.

was faulty,
(c) It was reported that a School Sign on Lutterworth Road was covered by
overhanging tree.
